Release Your Mental Bricks

What are mental bricks?

Everyday you wake up you have a mental brick. Most of the time it says I don’t want to go to school today. Well that is a brick that stops you from being your best. Change that attitude. When you wake up say “you get to go to school today”. When you go to football practice. Don’t say “I hate practice”. Change that mentality and say “I get to go out to practice and become a better player”. When someone tells you that you won’t be able to succeed at something. Tell yourself you can. Get rid of the mental bricks that stop you from succeeding and change your mentality to succeed. Its only you who can tell yourself that you cannot do something.
